Alpine Bliss™ Purple Tea Slimming Formula

Two studies found that Purple Tea, specifically a type called Alluvia, can help people slim down and improve their body's composition. This study reviewed the results from three randomized clinical trials involving green coffee extract. Study: "Satiereal, a Crocus sativus L. extract, reduces snacking and increases satiety in a randomized placebo-controlled study (...)" by Gout, Bourges, and Paineau-Dubreuil (2010).

This research focused on Satiereal, a specific extract of saffron. In this study, women who took the saffron extract reported feeling significantly more satisfied and had a reduced desire to snack compared to those who took a placebo, indicating that saffron extract could help reduce appetite and support slimming.
